Series II Carolinas feature fully scalloped forward-x bracing for tonal strength and resonance, a solid Engelmann spruce top, solid African mahogany or East Indian rosewood back and sides, grained ivoroid binding and a one-piece maple neck. Outstanding detailing includes original abalone/M.O.P. inlays, a traditional diamond volute, and a vintage-style beveled pickguard. The Carolina Series II are designed by designer Greg Rich, with quality control standards set by craftsman Scott Zimmerman.
